All the confidential information you supply, including your name, telephone numbers, email and home address. Your dogs’ medical details and the veterinary practice where you are registered.
Details about your dog, its name and breed, DOB, gender, colouring.
Details on the grooming and styling of your dog, e.g. length of coat, blade and comb attachments used and style carried out and condition of coat.
Temperament during groom and any dislikes your dog may have, e.g. feet or ears touched.
Any health check notes, e.g. lumps, warts.
Photo’s, before, during and after groom.

How We Use Your Information:-

To respond to enquiries made by yourself
To ask you to review us
For market research purposes
For record keeping purposes
To deal with queries and complaints
To contact you in connection with your appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Photo’s – record keeping, website and social media promoting.

How We Store Your Information:-

On paper-based record cards, stored in alphabetical order in a cupboard that’s locked and secure after opening hours.
We also store your information on a password-protected computer covered by security software and only accessible by Samantha Willey.

I will destroy non-returning customer cards and information after one year from your last appointment.
